How to Begin on Arrival
All exhibitors must stop in at the AmericInn at 411 Closz Dr. Webster City (just south of Hwy 20 on the Webster City exit).

The hotel will present you with your own personalized packet containing YOUR exhibitor number only. You will then proceed to the exhibit hall.

At the exhibit hall you will register and be given directions on the location of your bird's cages.

On Saturday you will receive an exhibitor's list with everyone's number.

Many safety measures are in place to protect birds but we are asking your cooperation in helping the show insure all birds are protected.

Birds are only allowed in through the North or West walk-in doors.

Exhibitors are only allowed into the show ring while gates are open.
*note: there will be a dress code in effect of "Smart Casual-no jeans" for the show

The Masters Cup will follow the times included in these rules and regulations as close as possible but the exhibitors are requested to follow timelines strictly.

Exhibitors can walk completely around the perimeter of show arena.

Stadium style seating is available for exhibitors to watch as the judging commences and continues throughout the day.

The judge will make comments while judging and after a class has been completed.

The emcee will keep the audience abreast of current happenings in the arena.

The showroom will be open to except birds from 12:00 pm Friday until 6:00 pm Friday, at which time all exhibitors are requested to attend an informative social event.

The showroom will open at 7:00 am Saturday morning and remain open until judging begins at 10:00 am, at which time all gates to the arena will close.

Exhibitors are encouraged to watch from the seats.

The judge will choose Best Variety and Reserve Varity and Best Breed and Reserve Breed. If necessary additional placings will be awarded.

Class champions and Class reserve Champions will be selected and additional placings will be awarded as necessary e.g. 3rd, 4th, 5th RCCL.

Champion Bantam-Standard-Waterfowl-Turkey/Guinea will be chosen.

The top ten placings of the show will be selected. NOTE-ALL 10 PLACINGS COULD COME FROM THE SAME CLASS, BREED, VARIETY if the judge warrants.

After judging on Saturday showroom gates will be opened for exhibitors to tend to their birds.

At 5:00 pm on Saturday gates and building will be locked.

The formal banquet will begin at 7:00 pm, with social hour beginning at 6:00 pm.

Birds will be released on Sunday morning as soon as possible.

For Sale Area (Display Area)
Along with the Master Cup Poultry Show we are sponsoring a series of educational and informational seminars in a separate building. Youth and 4-H poultry project members are being invited to attend this major event. Exhibitors will be offered a "Display Area" for birds that are offered to other exhibitors and 4-Hers. Exhibitors will be offered one cage to display a pen of birds that will be offered to sell. If the birds are sold, the exhibitor is welcome to display additional birds for sale. The area where birds will be made available to others will be referred to as "The Display Area".
